What is the Invoice Generator?
The Invoice Generator builds a professional invoice from your business details, client information and line items, then downloads a clean PDF you can send or print. Tax percentage, fixed discount and notes are supported.
Totals update live as you edit quantities and rates. Currency formatting uses standard ISO codes such as USD, EUR or INR so amounts stay readable for your client.
Everything runs in your browser with pdfmake — invoice data is not uploaded to ToolSink servers, which makes it suitable for everyday freelancing and small-business billing when you want a fast PDF without signing up.

Is the invoice saved on ToolSink?
No. The PDF is generated in your browser and downloaded to your device. Refreshing the page clears the form unless you keep the tab open.
Which currencies are supported?
Any valid 3-letter ISO currency code (for example USD, EUR, GBP, INR). Formatting follows your browser locale.
Can I add my logo?
Not in this version. Enter your business name and address clearly; a logo upload option may be added later.
Does tax calculate on the discounted amount?
Yes. Discount is applied to the subtotal first, then tax is calculated on the remaining taxable amount.
Is this a legal invoice for my country?
It is a professional document template. Requirements such as GSTIN, VAT IDs or mandatory fields vary by country — add those details in the address or notes fields when needed.
