By using ToolSink you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. The Service
ToolSink provides free, browser-based utilities across several categories (PDF, image, text, developer, finance, health, social, utility and more). We may add, change or discontinue tools at any time without notice. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to process content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third party’s rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or bypass any security or rate-limiting mechanism.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code into the Service.
- Use the Service to violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
- Resell, sublicense or commercialise access to the Service without our written permission.
- Overload the infrastructure through automated bulk requests. Reasonable programmatic use is fine — abuse is not.
4. Your content
You retain full ownership of any files, text, or other content you process through ToolSink (“Your Content”). We claim no rights to Your Content. Where a tool requires server processing, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary licence to store and process Your Content solely to deliver the requested result. All uploaded files are deleted after processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The ToolSink name, logo, website design, source code, illustrations and written content are the property of ToolSink or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed in these Terms.
6. Third-party services and advertising
The Service is supported by advertising served through third-party networks including Google AdSense. Advertisements are provided by advertisers who are solely responsible for their content. ToolSink does not endorse, guarantee or accept liability for goods or services advertised on the Service. Any transactions you enter into with advertisers are strictly between you and the advertiser.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Accessing a linked site is done at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
ToolSink is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. The Service’s calculators, converters and generators are provided for general information only and are not a substitute for professional advice — see our Disclaimer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolSink, its owners, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
